Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, provides each of the assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and plan of care.
As a member of the clinical team you must understand the mission of Telford Terrace, which is to provide a setting of quality, compassionate care. This care addresses physical, social, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs. Care provided demonstrates understanding and commitment to our mission.
